The detector is suitable for online installation and can also be moved for use, and users can choose the installation method according to the on-site usage. During the installation of the SDI pollution word count analyzer, users can set the sampling port on the pipeline before entering the reverse osmosis system. The usual practice is to connect a three-way valve on the main pipeline, and a valve needs to be installed on the sampling pipeline to open and close the sampling. The SDI measuring instrument sampling tube is directly or indirectly connected to the pipeline filter through a conversion joint. The sampling pipeline is too long, and a bypass with an overflow valve must be installed to maintain a long flow of water inside the sampling pipeline to prevent debris from settling.
The SDI tester integrates the functions of bypass, venting, and drainage into one drainage pipe, which is a 10mm transparent plastic pipe. The drainage pipe is ultimately inserted into the drainage ditch.
